“To unlock the potential in your business, we first unlock the real potential in you”

About me

Hi, I’m Elisabeth and I’m a business consultant and coach. After a 20 year ‘corporate’ career, focusing on business transformation, change management and organizational growth, I moved from larger companies to SMEs and entrepreneurs when my first child was born 9 years ago. Experimenting with the offline world for a while I soon realised that it wasn’t an efficient way to spend my limited time and eventually moved 100% online. Now, I work with business owners to help them develop and grow their business, using an inside-out strategy: Working on you, your mindset and your energy, whilst working simultaneously on your business and growth. .

An INFJ girl in an Extroverts World

Being a creative and an analytical thinker, I can help you to tap into your creative mind (your best competitive advantage) AND help you with your planning and business growth. In personality tests, I come up as a bit of everything, which is why I understand you, can see your strengths and also what lights you up. And being an INFJ means that I’m a natural teacher and intuition is my biggest strength, so I can usually get you unstuck in minutes and I’m good at simplifying technical stuff! But it also means that I’m an introvert, which is hard when we are living in an extrovert’s world.

What a recent client said:

“Elisabeth has a special – almost magical – talent! She really, really, really gets people. And once she gets you, she knows how to help you – and nothing can stop her! She is incredibly perceptive and tenacious and doesn’t let you off the hook, but she is also exceptionally warm, open minded and nonjudgemental…Once I was able to see my dreams clearly, she helped me to set clear, sensible but also surprising goals that I am really motivated to achieve. Now I am energized, focused and excited about the future!”

Professional Memberships & Qualifications:

I have a business degree and a masters in people development from The University of Brighton and I’m proud to have been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) for nearly 20 years and the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) for 6 years; which means that not only am I bound by their code of conduct but I also practice ethical business.

I’m a life-long learner and am always reading and learning something new, hence I also have many certificates in things like digital marketing, search engine optimization, stress management and NLP.

More about me you might like to know

I’m a qualified nutritionist (told you I like learning) and a qualified wine lecturer, from my old wine trade days. I love clothes, have 8 tartan skirts and make my own clothes (if I get the chance). I exercise every day, because if I don’t I’m a nightmare to live with. And I love baking, because it’s the only time I can get my brain to switch off. We are also a family of animal lovers and have a husky dog and two kittens.

My proudest achievement though is becoming a mum. I got married late in life and was beginning to give up hope. My children are now 7 and 9, and we have recently started homeschooling them because my son has ADD, hyper-mobility with sensory issues, dysgraphia, dyslexia and dyscalculia and struggles to keep up in the school environment. My daughter has chosen to stay at home for the moment too, which has turned out to be great for her confidence as she was also struggling to keep up.
