“To unlock the potential in your business, we first unlock the real potential in you”

About me

Hi, I’m Elisabeth and I’m a brand strategist and consultant / coach, helping business owners to step into their full potential and achieve their business goals. After a 20 year ‘corporate’ career, focusing on business transformation, sales and marketing and organizational growth, I moved from larger companies to SMEs and entrepreneurs when my first child was born 9 years ago. During this time I have worked with leaders, CEO’s, multiple 6 figure businesses and their teams helping them to get the best out of themselves, achieve their goals and grow their business faster.

An INFJ girl in an Extroverts World

Being a creative and an analytical thinker, I can help you to tap into your creative mind (your best competitive advantage) AND help you with your planning and business growth. In personality tests, I come up as a bit of everything, which is why I understand you, can see your strengths and also see what lights you up. Being an INFJ means that I’m a natural teacher and intuition is my biggest strength, so I can usually get you unstuck in minutes and I’m good at simplifying technical stuff! But it also means that I’m an introvert, which is hard when we are living in an extrovert’s world.

What a recent client said:

“Elisabeth has a special – almost magical – talent! She really, really, really gets people. And once she gets you, she knows how to help you – and nothing can stop her! She is incredibly perceptive and tenacious and doesn’t let you off the hook, but she is also exceptionally warm, open minded and nonjudgemental…Once I was able to see my dreams clearly, she helped me to set clear, sensible but also surprising goals that I am really motivated to achieve. Now I am energized, focused and excited about the future!”

Professional Memberships & Qualifications:

I have a business degree and a masters in people development from The University of Brighton and I’m proud to have been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) for nearly 20 years and the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC) for 6 years; which means that not only am I bound by their code of conduct but I also practice ethical business.

I’m a life-long learner and am always reading and learning something new, hence I also have many certificates in things like digital marketing, search engine optimization, stress management and neurolinguistic programming (NLP).

More about me you might like to know

I’m a qualified nutritionist and a qualified wine lecturer (told you I like learning) from my old wine trade days. I have 8 tartan skirts and exercise every day because if I don’t I’m a nightmare to live with and I love baking because it’s the only time I can get my brain to switch off. We are also a family of animal lovers and have a husky dog and two cats.

My proudest achievement though is becoming a mum. I got married late in life and was beginning to give up hope. My children are now 7 and 9, and we have recently started homeschooling because my son has ADHD, hyper-mobility, a sensory processing disorder, dysgraphia, dyslexia and dyscalculia and struggles to keep up in the school environment.

If you want to find out how I juggle homeschool, working with clients, writing a book, recording a podcast and creating new content then drop me an email on elisabeth@elisabethhancock.
