6 week program

Program 1 - Learn to read energy

Open your intuitive senses. Awaken your inner light. Learn to see, feel, and understand the world of energy that flows through all things.

Whether you’re new to energy work or looking to deepen your intuitive abilities, this 6-week experiential program will guide you step by step through the foundations of energy reading — helping you become confident in sensing, interpreting, and working consciously with energy fields.

Week 1: Running Energy
Learn to circulate life force through your body to clear blockages and awaken your intuitive flow.

Week 2: Connection with Your Spirit Guide
Meet and build trust with your spirit guide, learning how to receive messages and guidance clearly.

Week 3: Reading Chakras
Understand the body’s energy centres and how they reflect our emotions and life experiences.

Week 4: Reading Auras
See and feel the colors and patterns within the human energy field.

Week 5: Reading Techniques
Practice different methods of reading energy — scanning, sensing, symbols, and impressions.

Week 6: Conscious Creation
Learn to direct energy consciously to co-create your reality and embody your highest frequency.

8 weeks

Program 2 - Learn to heal energy

In this 8-week program, you’ll build on the foundational 6-week journey — adding the essential skills of energy clearing and spiritual healing.

This level focuses on transformation — learning not only to read energy, but to move, clear, and restore it.

Includes all 6 foundational weeks from the Learn to Read Energy program, plus:

Week 7: Clearing Stagnant Energy
Learn to identify and release energy that’s stuck, heavy, or outdated — in yourself, others, or spaces.

Week 8: Spiritual Healing
Work with higher frequencies of light for restoration and renewal.

10 weeks

Program 3 - Learn to read Akashic records

This 10-week journey includes the full 8-week curriculum, then expands into two advanced modules: reading the Akashic Records and Soul Contracts.

Includes all previous 8 weeks, plus:

Week 9: Reading the Akashic Records
Enter the field of divine memory to access soul histories and higher guidance.

Week 10: Reading Soul Contracts
Learn to interpret the energetic agreements that shape relationships, life lessons, and spiritual growth.

Program 4 - Learn Telepathy & Mediumship

Includes everything from the 10-week program, plus two advanced modules on Mediumship and Telepathic Channels.

Week 12: Telepathic Channels

Meet Elisabeth

With a degree in business and a masters in personnel development, Elisabeth worked with leaders and CEO’s for 20 years, specializing in mindset, purpose and goal setting so they can achieve more success in their life. A few years ago, after suffering from burn out, stress and depression, she discovered energy work and hasn’t looked back.
