As I teach intuitive development to people we talk about this a lot, so I thought I would put my thoughts down on paper in case it helps anyone else.
In this 3rd dimensional density world, our vibration is so low that we are in the vibration of matter. This matter (which is actually holographic) allows us to have a physical experience, which is governed by the ego.
According to the Eastern philosophies the ego is the great illusion, or Maya, but why is that?
Because the ego creates the reality that we live in through our beliefs about things.
Unfortunately in the Western world, someone forgot to tell us this, and we have been busy creating a reality or illusion that most of us don\’t want…..and which only serves a handful of people.
Through our education system, movies, books, religions, documentaries and even new age spirituality, we have created a ton of different belief structures to help us understand the world around us.
But Ascension means moving to a new dimension, and this means that we cannot take any of these belief systems or structures with us, because by default this is the previous world aka the 3rd dimension, and we cannot create a new world with our old 3rd dimensional beliefs.
This is why the dismantling of the ego (old self) has been dramatically increased right now. Because we are ascending and all of these old beliefs have to go.
This is most likely the real reason why the world is so chaotic right now, but if you are not ready to move out of your beliefs yet, then it\’s fine. We are all moving aka \’ascending\’ to the next dimension or density at our own pace, but you can speed up the process for yourself by questioning your beliefs on a regular basis
Ultimately the only thing that is real is that you are a being of light or even energy….everything physical or belief driven is an illusion of the mind – and the mind can be hijacked, controlled and manipulated. The fact that the CIA has been working on mind control technology for 70 years means that our minds probably have been manipulated in some way, that we don\’t fully understand yet.
It is because of this that I feel we should question everything, and not take on any beliefs that don\’t resonate with us (yet).
They may resonate in the future, or they may not resonate at all, but feel into your own truth (your heart) to connect back to yours.
Soul Contracts
When I first learnt about the concept of soul contracts it worked well for me as it helped me to make sense of some difficult moments in my childhood and move out of victim mindset aka blame.
But then the more I spirituality evolved the more I began to change and I began to ask myself \”did I really agree to be abused as a child so that I can experience what it feels like\”? I began to question these beliefs again and felt into my own truth.
I began to see a new reality forming where I chose to experience it so I could help ensure it never happened to others. That sat with me for a while and then I decided to try moving beyond this belief too.
What if I sat in the belief that this reality never even happened in my childhood at all. How does this belief sit with me?
Well, it turns out it freed me from anger, sadness, shame, guilt and blame which in turn enabled me to move into a much higher vibration. Ascension.
We choose our stories, we choose what reality we want to sit in, and we choose the reality we want to create moving forward too.
This may feel like denying your childhood, but it is in fact the basis of transcendental meditation (which I am certified in) which uses the power of the mind and visualisation to re-write your childhood, which are essentially just trapped memories (emotions) that can be cleared…..whenever you are ready to let them go.
Once you clear these emotions, you start to feel better. And isn\’t the point of this life, to feel better?
So does this mean that psychic abilities are not real? Spirituality is not real? Conspiracy theories are not real? Soul contracts are not real? Past lives are not real? ETs are not real?
No. Everything is real, because once it has been thought it has been created. Everything is real, but nothing is physical. Physicality is an illusion, created by the ego, but that doesn\’t mean that reality isn\’t real.
Everything is real.
All frequencies exist in this energetic multiverse and our brain turns these frequencies into the reality that we see around us. This then becomes our reality or life.
But we are the creators of our multiverse and we can create (and uncreate) anything we want to. We are so powerful that we have already created or manifested this life that we are already experiencing.
Which is why we have to question every single thing in our lives, and feel into our heart on what is true…for us.
The ego, by default, can only work with or understand the physical world of the 5 senses. If you can\’t see it, touch it, smell it, hear it or feel it, then you will struggle to believe it.
But the ego works in stages, and as it begins to lose its dominance it starts to die – the death of the ego – which means that things that your belief structures believe in start to change.
What you once didn\’t believe, you now do.
This is how learning to channel helped me to believe in energy, consciousness and the invisible realms beyond ours. Or deeper levels of our existence as quantum physicist David Bohm calls it. Once you feel the energy floating inside of you, you finally have some physical proof of the existence of things that you cannot see.
As you recenter yourself back into your self identity, you need to find who you are again – or at least your ego does. Otherwise life feels like the dark night of the soul – extremely hard and unmanageable.
We are living in a physical body and need to learn how to navigate physicality, otherwise what\’s the point? This means you have permission to enjoy your life, experience everything the world has to offer, and are free to do anything you choose. As long as it doesn\’t hurt another living thing.
Ultimately though I am beginning to feel that we came here to learn to love ourselves and others unconditionally. Unconditional love is the universal energy source of the cosmos.
I suspect it\’s no coincidence that most people have unworthiness issues, low self esteem and imposter syndrome (97% of the population according to statistics) because we have all come here to learn to love.
What about ETs?
But what about ETs, psychic-ness, conspiracy theories, climate change, past lives or spirituality? is that real or just our belief structures?
Well, this is where we all have to feel into our own beliefs – those that we want to experience, and those that we don\’t. Our beliefs create our realities so what do you want to experience? What does your heart tell you is true for you? If you like, these are the soul contracts that you want to experience.
For me I have discovered the following….
Spirituality is my life force
I cannot (or do not) want to live in this reality without spirituality, spirit, magic, god – whatever you want to call it. Without my connection to spirit or spirituality, life feels miserable, boring and depressing. So I choose this belief as my reality.
Are ETs real?
I also do not believe that we are alone in this universe, but equally I have a sneaking suspicion that we don\’t fully understand what aliens or ETS are yet, so the jury is still out on this one.
My heart, however, tells me that they are real and I am one too, so let\’s see how this transpires.
Are spirits real?
As with ETs, I also feel that spirits are real, but once again, I do not know exactly what they are, but I feel we can see them with our mind sight or pineal gland, which shows us far more of the energy or quantum field than our 3D eyes do.
I suspect that they are inter-dimensional (between dimensions aka demons) or trans-dimensional (from other dimensions) beings and are also what we call ETs. I feel that we are physical 3D beings, but we are surrounded by many other 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D and higher beings too. We just can\’t see them in our 3D reality, but as we ascend into 4D and 5D we will be able to see 4D and 5D beings again. As the last advanced civilisation of Atlantis could too.
I also feel that we don\’t die, but our soul moves onto another realm, which we can also access with our bodies and minds too. As we are 3D there are lower vibrational spirits around too, so we need to always stay in the higher dimensions and away from them. We can choose to do this, just like we can choose to be happy – everything is our choice because we live in a freewill universe.
The Psychic state is our true state
I believe that we are all psychic because this is the natural human state. It is our connection to spirit, and each other, in a vast electromagnetic field of energy, but the word psychic has been used and abused so many times over the centuries that the word may not work for you anymore. If it doesn\’t then find a new word that feels upbeat and resonates with your heart – intuitive, remote viewing, telepathy, ESP – to name a few.
Conspiracy theories
Elon Musk recently announced that 97% of conspiracy theories have been proven to be correct, so where does that leave conspiracy theories now?
Having researched in this arena for most of my life, I can say that it is a dark and dingy world, and I wouldn\’t recommend it, but if you feel called to find your truth then you may end up in there too. My beliefs are continuously challenged in this industry and I have discovered that it is the fastest way to bust through your beliefs around what reality is…. or isn\’t. It is also the fastest way to develop discernment.
To sum up my beliefs around this industry I would say that most conspiracy theories are true, and shouldn\’t even be called conspiracy theories, they are simply another version of reality – because the reality that we see around us in the world has been set by others – the education system, media, religion, politics, money etc.
Our reality is what we choose to believe.
So we can choose to believe conspiracy theories or not.
I choose to believe some (because I feel they are my truth) and I choose not to believe others, not because they aren\’t necessarily true, but because by believing them I can see that my life would be negatively affected by them, and I choose to have a good life.
Yes, the Vatican, the WEF and WHO are probably not nice people, but I also don\’t know what part they play in the world right now, so I don\’t spend my time thinking about them (where we put our focus is where we end up).
Yes, I am sure there are regressive ETs, maybe even living on our planet or 3rd dimension, but it doesn\’t help me to focus on them because it actually attracts them to me (everything is telepathic, including us) so I protect my space accordingly and only talk about them when I am working with a client that I feel may have been negatively affected or interfered by them.
Yes, I believe that there is most likely a deep state or \”invisible layer of the government\” as Einstein said that we aren\’t party to, and who are working to their own agenda, but as I am not in politics or part of the deep state I do what I can to help myself and others, and then focus on raising my vibration above the level of frequency that I believe they can inhabit. I spend as much of my time as possible in 5D or higher because this is a frequency that is above the interdimensional beings or demons. I also never sit in victim frequency because it is too low vibrational and brings me back to a frequency level that benefits them, not me.
Yes, I believe in climate change because I can see it around me, but I don\’t believe what the mainstream news tells me what it is because I can see that they have an agenda, which is to sell more newspapers. They answer to their shareholders, not me, so I take what they say with a pinch of salt. I can also see that there are many things that can cause climate change, including advanced technology and changes in our atmosphere. For example, spaceships, other planets approaching (Planet X), HAARP technology and even Direct Energy Weapons (DEW) that can start natural looking forest fires.
Past lives
Having worked with hundreds of people on past lives and having experienced several of my own, I believe in past lives, but I am still open to what past lives are. Whether they are our past lives, or parallel lives, someone else\’s past life that we are picking up from the collective, or the mind creating a very believable life so that we can release the trapped energy and heal, who knows. But when I feel into my heart on this, I do feel that some of the lives that I have experienced are real, and some are not.
The ones that don\’t feel real or true for my heart, I ask myself where did it come from? Sometimes I feel they float in from the collective, so essentially it is someone else\’s past life. Other times it may be an artificial program of some sort because it does not feel real at all. I choose never to believe that it is my mind making it up though, as I see it as information that is coming from somewhere, and it is all helping me in some way. Either to make sense of the world or to make sense of myself.
It\’s all knowledge, and it\’s all learning, so we can get to know ourselves better.
And in turn the Universe learns through us, because we are the Universe.
